Mercury announced the new mini-size digital storage card - reduced size MultiMedia™ card (RSMMC), which is almost 1/2 size smaller and thinner than normal MultiMedia™ card. It is especially ideal for future mobile phones, professional digital cameras, digital camcorders and PDA since the users of portable mini size, wireless and broadband devices are on the rise. Its low-battery consumption allows the reading and writing of data well over 100,000 times, andthe data may be kept for as long as 10 years.
